Deal Criteria
Storm’s preferred targets will be asset purchases where Storm obtains majority (or 100%) control, but other types of deal structures will be considered. The right fit will have a strong customer-centric focus, delivering a premium priced product or service that is highly valued by their customer. Our current focus is on opportunities with an Enterprise value of $15 million or less.
